# Build Agents Faster and Ensure Consistency with Connection Inputs for Marketing Email

Reduce setup time and keep experiences on-brand with the new signature and disclosure inputs for the Marketing Email connection. By default, connection inputs and their settings are shared across all agents that have the connection. When you customize a specific agent’s connection inputs, it doesn’t impact other agents that use the connection. Similar to variables, you can use connection inputs throughout your agent’s reasoning and interactions. Input values can’t be changed during a conversation.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 editions. Unified Messaging is available only in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Marketing Cloud Next Advanced Edition.

**When:** This change is available starting the week of June 15, 2026.

**How:** Before you get started, turn on Agentforce and set up a Unified Messaging email channel.

In the new Agentforce Builder, open an Agentforce Service agent and add the Marketing Email connection to it. On the Explorer panel, select **Routing** under Marketing Email. On the Routing page, you see the emailSignature and emailDisclosure connection inputs. To customize an input’s settings, click its name.
