# Provide Transfer Credit Estimates to Prospective Students with Agentforce (Generally Available)

Help prospective students with application decisions by making transfer credit estimates readily accessible in the Transfer Credit Agent, now generally available. Estimate credits that are transferable into an institution or learning program right in an agent session to reduce response time for evaluations. Save previous estimates to give students continuous access.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license and the applicable Agentforce add-on licenses are enabled.

**When:** The Transfer Credit Agent is generally available starting in June 2026.

**Who:** Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can configure the Transfer Credit Agent. Unauthenticated guest users can use the Transfer Credit Agent, but only the users with verified email addresses can receive and save transfer credit estimates.

**How:** The Summer '26 release includes more field-level access requirements. If you have a beta version of the Transfer Credit Agent, update access to these fields in your cloned Education Cloud AI Agent Access permission set.
