# Monitor Student Success Key Performance Indicators with Tableau Next

Give advisors access to key metrics about learners’ academic, well-being, and engagement data. Advisors can identify at-risk students earlier, personalize support, and track retention outcomes without relying on IT support or manual data aggregation. Measure the effectiveness of advising programs and make confident, data-driven decisions.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where these licenses are enabled.

- Tableau Next

**Who:**

Users with these permission sets can add Tableau Next components to the Student Success App.

- Education Cloud Full Access
- Data Cloud Architect
- Tableau Next Admin

Users with these permission sets can view Tableau Next components.
