# Manage Financial Accounts with Enhanced Visibility

Provide a workflow for your student accounts team to generate invoices for students based on approved billing schedules. Simplify the collection of receivables and improve institutional cash flow by using integrated secure payment processing. Student advisors update account status and ownership quickly and accurately, providing proactive financial control for your university.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and Revenue Cloud Billing licenses are enabled.

**Who:** Users with these permission sets can use this feature:

- Education Cloud Full Access
- Billing Admin
- Payment Admin

**How:** In Setup, find and select **Set Up Student Financial Account Management**, and turn on **Configure Billing and Payments Settings**.
