# Orchestrate End-to-End Fulfillment Across Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator and Order Management

Now you can fulfill orders that span both Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator and Order Management in one coordinated process. Order Management typically fulfills physical goods, while Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator fulfills digital and service items. For example, when a customer orders a smart lock with professional installation, Order Management ships the lock while Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator schedules the install. Each system fulfills its own items and stays in sync throughout the order lifecycle, so you get a single, consistent experience across fulfillment, changes, and cancellations.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Advanced license.

**How:** When an order contains items handled by both systems and Order Management is enabled, Order Management converts the order into an order summary and submits it to Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator through the Submit API. Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator now supports order summaries in both the Submit API and orchestration, so each item is routed to the right system and the actions stay coordinated across the order lifecycle.
