Initiate proactive actions based on custom context dates, such as sending reminders or initiating checks before an invoice due date. By using negative delay values you can schedule future-dated orchestration steps to occur before a specific event.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Advanced license.

**How:** Enter a negative value in the Delay field when using a custom context date in fulfillment step definitions.
