Industries Sales Concierge for Partners enable dealer sales reps to search for assets, parts and accessories, create opportunities, generate quotes, capture trade-in appraisal requests and send email to customers with relevant information.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Manufacturing add-on license.
Who: To use the Industries Sales Concierge for Partners sub agent, users need the Criteria-Based Search and Filter, Scheduler, Partner Lead Management, and the Manage Appraisals and Valuations permission sets.
How:To give partner users the ability to manage sales for customers by using an AI agent, in Setup, on the Agentforce Agents page, click New Agent. Then, select the Industries Sales Concierge for Partners agent in Agent Builder.
Partners can launch the Agentforce panel from an Experience Cloud site and specify an utterance, such as Search for GenPro Generator.
