Get the most out of your data in Data 360 by creating calculated, streaming, or real-time insights.

- **[Improve Query Performance on Materialized DMOs with Secondary Indexes](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_cdp_2026_summer_secondary_indexes_materialized_dmos.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**  
    Create secondary indexes on materialized Data Model Objects (DMOs) to significantly improve query performance and reduce credit usage when filtering or joining on non-primary key fields. Previously, secondary indexes were only available for Data Lake Objects (DLOs). Now you can create secondary indexes on materialized DMOs (Derived, Bridge, or Transform types). This improvement is especially valuable for queries on customer segments, aggregated metrics, or large DMOs with fields containing distinct values like customer IDs, email addresses, or zip codes.

    You can now expand the analytical power of your Real-Time Insights by incorporating advanced data manipulation functions. This update enables more powerful aggregations such as Min and Max directly in the Aggregate node for instant data analysis. Additionally, you can now use the Case node for conditional logic and several Transform node functions, including string manipulation and data cleansing with RTrim, LTrim, Trim, Lowercase, Uppercase, and Null If.

    Execute SQL queries directly against your Data 360 data with the new Data 360 Direct API. This API is optimized for high-volume integrations and bulk-extraction workloads of Data 360 data.

    Ask questions about your Data 360 data in natural language and get answers without writing SQL. The Data Q&A Agent interprets your question, generates and runs a SQL query, and returns an explanation, data table, and charts. Add semantic enrichments to improve the agent's understanding of your business terminology and calculations.
