# Analyze Data Trends with Calculated Insight Object History (Beta)

Compare metrics and visualize how calculated insights evolve across selected time periods with snapshot data from the Calculated Insight Object (CIO) History object. Select snapshot dates to generate trend charts and aggregated reports that power strategic decisions. For example, your users can track the growth of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) month-over-month for the last six months to inform their marketing strategy.

**Where:** This change applies to Data 360 in Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.

Note Analyze Data Trends with Calculated Insight Object History is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/). Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer’s sole discretion.

**How:** In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Reports and select **Reports and Dashboards Settings**. Then, select **Enable reporting on CIO History in Data Cloud Reports (Beta)**. To analyze historical trends, enable history tracking on the source Calculated Insight, and then create a Data 360 report using the Calculated Insight Object History object.
