# General Setup

Let users share their personal list views with roles, groups, and territories that they’re members of, with the new Manage Shared List Views user permission. Get more done with custom fields on standard objects.

- **[Do More with Custom Fields on Standard Entities](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_improved_support_for_custom_fields_on_standard_entities.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
You can now use custom fields as join keys on standard entities when creating a related list on a direct data model object (DMO) relationship. You can also include custom fields on standard entities when performing sandbox mergeback deployments to production environments.
- **[Manage List View Sharing and Editing with Granular Permissions](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_listviews_share_private.htm&release=262.0.0&type=5)**
Assign the new Manage Shared List Views user permission so that users can share their personal list views with roles, groups, and territories that they’re members of. Previously, to share list views, a user needed the Manage Public List Views user permission, which grants broad access to edit or delete any public list view in Salesforce. Now, users can share their own list views without access to manage every public list view.
