Sales reps can configure and apply an offer to a group of subscribers without cloning the offer for each subscriber. This improves scalability, usability, and performance for quote line items by managing the offer in a single representation of the quote line items associated with multiple subscribers.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Communications Cloud Advanced.
How: Open a quote or an order, select subscribers from the Subscribers tab, and click Manage Group. Then add the subscribers to a new group or to an existing group.
