# Create and Manage an Empty Subscriber Group to Streamline Offers

Sales reps can create a group without adding ‌subscribers. You can configure and apply an offer to the empty group without cloning the offer for each subscriber. This improves scalability, usability, and performance for quote line items by managing the offer in a single representation associated with multiple subscribers, even when no subscriber are initially added.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Communications Cloud Advanced.

**How:** Open a quote or an order, and click **Manage Group** on the Subscribers tab. Select **Create Group**. Enter the name of the group and the expected number of subscribers. Click **Save**.
