Billing and Usage Assistant is deprecated in Summer '26. You can no longer use Billing and Usage Assistant in Communications orgs on Summer '26 and later.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
Why: Agentforce for Communications Billing Resolution, an Agentforce-based version replaces this feature.
