Use the New Managed Content GraphQL API to Search for CMS Content

The new Managed Content API family provides GraphQL operations for searching and retrieving CMS content. With this API, developers can search content across CMS channels, sites, or UI bundles, filter by content type and taxonomy, retrieve localized content variants, access delivery details, and paginate through search results.

Where: This feature is available in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

When: This feature is available starting July 9, 2026.

How: Access the Managed Content API through the managedContent field on the Query operation type.

Here’s an example of a keyword search for English content across two CMS channels. This search returns paginated results with content details, delivery details, and channel details.
