# Ingest Confluence Cloud Content into Data 360 (Generally Available)

Centralize your organization's knowledge base content for AI and search experiences by ingesting unstructured content from Confluence Cloud into Data 360. With the Confluence Unstructured connector, bring in pages, blog posts, comments, and attachments using a batch connection method. This connector is now generally available.

**Where:** This feature applies to Data 360 in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. This feature is not available in Government Cloud.

**When:** The Confluence Unstructured connector is available starting in July 2026.

**How:** From Data Cloud Setup, select Other Connectors and create a connection using the Confluence Unstructured connector. Then, Data Lake Objects, select From External Files and choose the Confluence source to ingest your unstructured content.
