Make highly targeted data-driven decisions in Data 360 by using multiclass models. Unlike binary models that predict only two outcomes, multiclass models classify data into up to 50 distinct categories. This capability, which is now generally available, includes enhancements since the beta release.
Where: This change applies to Data 360 in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
When: This functionality is available starting in May 2026.
Why: Analyze complex data to create deeper segments and actionable predictions.
- Reflect real-world complexity: Train models that reflect real-world variability across multiple outcome types.
- Enrich customer segmentation: Classify contacts into meaningful groups, such as price-sensitive, brand-loyal, or new users.
- Drive targeted action: Use category-level predictions to personalize marketing strategies, prioritize outreach, and customize engagement.
How: From the AI Models tab in Data 360, select Predict to create a multiclass model. To use the activated model’s outputs, go to the Integrations tab of the model details. Then, configure a predict job, flow, or batch data transform.
