Ask questions about your Data 360 data in natural language and get answers without writing SQL. The Data Q&A Agent interprets your question, generates and runs a SQL query, and returns an explanation, data table, and charts. Add semantic enrichments to improve the agent's understanding of your business terminology and calculations.
Where: This change applies to Data 360 Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.
When: This feature is generally available starting in July 2026.
Why: Your business and end users can get answers from Data 360 data without knowing SQL or the underlying data model. Because the agent is read-only, it can't modify data, and it respects each user's data access permissions.
How: To turn on Data 360 Data Q&A, go to the Feature Manager page in Setup. Enabling the feature deploys an out-of-the-box agent with the Data 360 Data Q&A action in Agentforce Builder. Your users can then ask questions in the Data Q&A Agent chat panel and refine results with follow-up questions.
