Connect Agents Using Data 360 MCP Server

The Data 360 Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server connects Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible AI client to real-time, unified customer data from Data 360. Use the MCP Server to enable agents that work directly with Data 360.

  • Setup: set up data mappings, identity resolution, and developer environments by using agents.
  • Personalize: manage unified profiles and calculated insights via the API at run time, so agents keep pace with customer behavior.
  • Activate: ingest, transform, and activate data through agentic prompting.
  • Orchestrate: query unified customer profiles, trigger segmentation, and manage identity resolution directly via an agent.

Where: The Data 360 MCP Server is available for Data 360 in the Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.

When: This change is available starting in July 2026.

Who: Any Data 360 user with access to an external client app that has refresh_token, mcp_api, and cdp_api scopes. The MCP server uses your Salesforce permissions for any actions that agents take on your behalf.

Why: AI agents depend on current, accurate context to produce useful results. Without a direct connection to enterprise data, agents rely on stale snapshots. Using the Data 360 MCP Server, AI agents can act on trusted enterprise data immediately, without custom data pipelines or custom security.
