# Make Smarter Collection Decisions with Predictive Invoice Risk Scores (Pilot)

Identify invoices at risk of late payment and focus collection efforts where they matter most. Categorize invoices into risk levels to guide follow-ups and reduce overdue payments. Use these insights to drive timely actions and improve cash flow visibility.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with Revenue Cloud Advanced, Revenue Cloud Billing, and Data Cloud.

Note Invoice risk score is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/). Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**When:** The Invoice Risk Score feature is available in May 2026.

**Who:** To configure invoice risk scores, you need the Scoring Framework Admin and the Scoring Framework User permission sets.

**How:** In Setup, find and select **Billing Settings**. Turn on Invoice Risk Score. After you configure the scoring framing, the risk levels are automatically stamped on posted invoices.
