# Automate Dunning Workflows by Using Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator Templates

You can now automate the entire dunning journey from sending email reminders to manual recovery on payment collections. By using the out-of-the-box Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator templates, you can automatically send payment reminders for due and overdue invoices. You can also customize the dunning workflow as per your business needs and customer segments to streamline revenue collection and make the outreach more effective.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Billing license.

**Who:** To configure dunning orchestration, you need the Billing Admin permission set. To automate dunning orchestration, you need the Billing Operations User or the Billing Collections and Recovery Specialist permission set.

**How:** Select **Salesforce Go** from the gear menu or from the main Setup menu.

Navigate to the Features tab and filter Cloud by Revenue to view the Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator feature. Turn on Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator and then in the Unlock Advanced Functionality section, turn on Future-Dated Steps.

In Setup, find and select **Billing Settings**, and then turn on Automate Dunning Orchestration.

Go back to the Initial Setup tab in Salesforce Go. Then, filter Cloud by Revenue and Category by Data Pack to view and install the Dunning Orchestration Solution. After installation, a new fulfillment workspace named Collections Dunning Orchestration Workspace is added to your Salesforce org.

To initiate automated dunning emails on collection plans, click **Initiate Dunning Orchestration** on the collection plan record.
