Reduce processing costs and balance data freshness by configuring how long to retain query results. When you run a query with identical data access, CRM Analytics retrieves the previous results. This reuse speeds up load times, especially for large or complex queries.
Where: This change applies to CRM Analytics in Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic. CRM Analytics is available in Developer Edition and for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.
How: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Analytics, and then select Settings. Select Reuse previously retrieved results for Data 360 live queries, and then enter a reuse duration between 1 and 24 hours.
