# Shopper Agent for B2C Commerce

The Shopper Agent for B2C Commerce, powered by Agentforce, helps shoppers through their product discovery and purchasing journey. Shoppers can “chat” with the Agent and receive assistance with product search and recommendations, learn about promotions, get answers to frequently asked questions, and count on secure checkout.

    Set up and deploy the B2C Shopper Agent quicker with a new streamlined setup. Product discovery is now powered by Agentic Commerce Search to deliver more accurate and contextual results. It’s also easier to configure the agent by using the new Agentforce Builder and Agent Script. When a shopper starts a conversation with the agent, a new Agentforce Commerce Client with an improved interface replaces Enhanced Chat.
