The Merchant Agent for B2C Commerce, now generally available, brings AI-powered capabilities to your daily merchandising workflows. Use natural language to create boost and bury rules, sort products in a category, and add products to a category.
Where: This change applies to Business Manager in B2C Commerce.
When: The Merchant Agent is available June 25, 2026.
Who: Merchants and merchandising admins with these licenses:
- Salesforce user license (or Starter Suite with Salesforce Foundations).
- Flex Credits (usage-based, requires Salesforce Foundations).
- Agent user licenses. The number of licenses depends on the number of Business Manager users.
- Unmetered User Based AI permission set license.
How: To use the Merchant Agent, log in to Business Manager, and go to , then select Curate in the right panel. Merchant Agent capability requires that in Business Manager, you connect your B2C Commerce instance to a Salesforce org that has Agentforce and the Merchant Agent enabled.
