# Allow Traffic from Search Engine and Other Verified Bots with eCDN Rules

Match verified bots—search engines, AI crawlers, feed fetchers, and others—with two new fields in eCDN custom firewall and rate limiting rules.

**Where:** This change applies to B2C Commerce.

**How:** Use the Boolean field `cf.client.bot` to identify any verified bot, and use the string field `cf.verified_bot_category` to scope to a specific category, for example `Search Engine Crawler`, `AI Crawler`, `AI Search`, `Feed Fetcher`, or `Aggregator`. Both fields are available in the CDN Zones API and in the Business Manager expression editor. Other Cloudflare Bot Management fields, including bot score, still require the separate Cloudflare Bot Management entitlement.
