Speed up localization across multiple locales by using AI to translate and refine product information directly from product lists. This feature requires enabling Agentforce Merchant Agent and providing the agent Business Manager permissions.
Where: This change applies to B2C Commerce. To enable this feature, contact your Salesforce admin.
Note Translating and refining product details with AI is a beta service that is subject to the
Beta Service Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot
Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms
Directory. Use of this beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.
When: Thi feature is available August 2026.
Who: Merchants and merchandising admins with these licenses:
- Salesforce user license (or Starter Suite with Salesforce Foundations)
- Flex Credits (usage-based, required Salesforce Foundations)
- Agent user license for each Business Manager user
- Unmetered User Based AI permission set license.
