# Enable In-Agent Shopping and Checkout for B2B Buyers

Improve customer engagement by displaying store UI components, such as product categories and product details, directly in agent interactions with buyers. The currency displayed is based on the buyer's locale. Buyers can also add simple products to their cart, view the cart summary, and clear the cart without navigating away from the agent.

**Where:** This change applies to B2B Commerce in Developer, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions.

**How:** Add the Commerce Cart Management and Commerce Product Details topic to your agent, switch your messaging channel's embedded service to V2, and republish your store. Make sure that you add a Content Security Policy (CSP) trusted site for your domain URL.

If you're already using an agent, first add the subagents to the agent again, and then complete the steps outlined above.
