# Turn Account Insights into Smarter Commerce Decisions with the Enhanced Merchant Agent

Track account risk, revenue trends, and inventory signals in one conversational experience for B2B Commerce. Use the merchant agent to monitor account health, identify business objectives and inventory risks, launch targeted win-back promotions, and manage static product bundles with fewer manual setup steps.

**Where:** This feature is available in B2B Commerce in Enterprise, Developer, and Unlimited editions.

**How:** After you enable the required B2B Commerce, Data Cloud, and Agentforce capabilities, deploy the merchant agent metadata package. Configure the relevant topics and functions. Then use natural-language prompts to retrieve insights, draft promotions, and run bundle configuration actions.
