# Triage Issues Directly from the Flows List View

Monitor flow health with the new Element Error Rate column. This column shows the percentage of flow elements that resulted in errors during the flow’s last occurrence. A green success icon indicates a 0% error rate, while a yellow warning icon represents an error rate from 1% to 100%. Identify and triage actionable problems without opening individual flows.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Starter Suite, Salesforce Foundations, Data 360, and Marketing Cloud Advanced and Growth editions.

**How:** The Element Error Rate column appears by default in the Flows list view for flows that are in active, finishing, canceled, or completed status. For more granular data, add columns for Element Errors and Element Runs.
