Describe your process in plain language, and AI generates a blueprint. Previously you could only generate a blueprint from uploaded documents. Now, you can do either. When you generate a blueprint with AI, the AI can add tasks assigned to AI agents, freeing up your human workers for higher-value work. Also, anyone with the Creator permission can generate blueprints, which gives more people the power to automate their processes.
Where: This feature applies to an Agentforce Operations workspace that's external to Salesforce for an additional cost. To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account executive.
How: Click +Create and then click Blueprint. Select Generate with AI and describe your process.
The AI generates a process for you with stages, tasks, and if needed, forms.
