Agentforce Supply Chain (formerly Regrello) is now Agentforce Operations. During the transition to the new name, some references across the product and its content still use Regrello or Agentforce Supply Chain. Along with the rename, this release adds new features.
- Complete Multiple Tasks at a Time
Complete multiple tasks at once when you have 5 or more that share the same name, type, and blueprint. When you have a set of 5 or more tasks, Agentforce Operations creates a dedicated view. You can enter task information in that view and complete several tasks in one place, instead of opening and completing each task one at a time. - Start Up to 2,500 Workflows from a CSV File
Use a full-page wizard to upload CSV data and start up to 2,500 workflows at a time. The wizard supports blueprints with document fields and includes validation that reduces failures from invalid or missing data. The previous workflow creation limit was 500, and the product didn’t support blueprints with document fields. - Build Forms Directly in Tasks in Agentforce Operations
Standard and approval tasks now have an inline form builder in the Request information section. Create task-specific forms that can contain sections, instruction text, 2-column layouts, and fields. Use smart rules to control when form elements appear. The inline form builder replaces the previous options of creating a form separately and selecting it, or adding individual fields directly to a task. Your existing tasks and forms automatically work with the inline form builder, with each task receiving its own form copy. - Configure Multiple Task Escalations
Keep tasks on track with up to five escalations per standard or approval task. An escalation adds an additional user to the task as an assignee or carbon copy (CC) to make sure that the task stays on schedule. Escalations that occur before the due date show as reminders in the activity feed, notifications, and emails so you can tell them apart. Escalations respect business calendar hours, and assignees and CCs receive in-app notifications. - Generate Blueprints by Describing Your Process
Describe your process in plain language, and AI generates a blueprint. Previously you could only generate a blueprint from uploaded documents. Now, you can do either. When you generate a blueprint with AI, the AI can add tasks assigned to AI agents, freeing up your human workers for higher-value work. Also, anyone with the Creator permission can generate blueprints, which gives more people the power to automate their processes. - Add or Update Users in Bulk with a CSV File
Invite new users and update roles for existing users in a single CSV upload, instead of updating roles one at a time. Now, you can also upload up to 10,000 rows per upload. - Control How a Blueprint Import Affects Your Workspace Fields
When you import a blueprint from another workspace, you can now control how the import process affects your workspace's fields. For each field that needs review, update the suggested field, map to a different field, or add a field in your workspace. - Build Excel-Based Automations (Beta)
Build an automation from an existing or generated spreadsheet with the Excel Agent (beta). Provide the shared fields as values to add, the requested fields as values to get back, and explain how to use that data. Then the agent automatically inputs the shared field values, runs all formulas, and extracts the requested field values. It’s also easy to see what the agent does when the task runs. Instead of digging through complex agent audit histories, users can download the Excel file to review all formulas and processed data in one place. - Process Tabular Data with the Excel Agent (Beta)
The Excel Agent (beta) can now process CSV files as tabular inputs and outputs, not just individual field values. Perform row-level calculations or add calculated columns across an entire dataset in a single automated task. - Extract More Accurate Data from the New Document Reader Agent (Beta)
You can now provide field label alternatives and extra instructions to make sure that the agent finds the correct data. The new and improved Document Reader Agent (beta) can extract field values from unstructured documents, such as PDFs and images. Also, the agent can handle multi-value fields and can extract tabular data, such as line items in a PDF. - Automate Complex Tasks with Generalist Agent (Beta)
The new Generalist Agent (beta) brings more flexibility and accuracy to complex back-office automation. It can apply deterministic logic for routing decisions, loop through large datasets without workarounds, and access up to 10,000 data source rows. - Ensure AI Agent Tasks Are Ready Before Publishing in Agentforce Operations
Before you publish a blueprint that includes AI agent tasks, Agentforce Operations now verifies that every AI agent task has a saved plan. If a task is missing a plan, a warning appears on the task. You can't publish the blueprint until all AI agent tasks have plans. - Keep Blueprints Running Smoothly with Blueprint Limits in Agentforce Operations
Blueprints now have enforced limits on the number of tasks, fields, and form items they can contain. These limits help you avoid the performance issues that come with oversized blueprints. When a blueprint exceeds its limits, a warning banner shows the relevant limits, on which items, and by how much. Until you resolve the issue, you can't publish the blueprint or create workflows from the blueprint.
