# Enhance Sales Productivity for Dealers

Transform the vehicle-buying journey into a data-driven, conversational experience for partner users by using the Automotive Sales Concierge for Partners agent. Sales reps from dealerships can use natural language to search for vehicle definitions, products or parts as well as accessories related to selected vehicles. They can capture vehicle sales opportunities, create quotes, schedule test drive appointments, and initiate trade-in appraisals easily, vastly improving efficiency. They can also draft summary emails to customers using AI assistance, helping build trust and foster customer loyalty.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Automotive, Automotive Generative AI, Automotive Service Agents, Partner Lead Management, Criteria-Based Search and Filter, Automotive Scheduler, Appraisal Management, and with quotes enabled.

**Who:** To use the Automotive Sales Concierge for Partners subagent, users need the Automotive Foundation for Experience Cloud, Automotive Scheduler for Experience Cloud, Criteria Based Search and Filter for Experience Cloud, Einstein for Automotive, and Prompt Template User permission sets.

**How:** To give partner users the ability to manage vehicle sales for customers by using an AI agent, in Setup, on the Agentforce Agents page, click **New Agent**. Then, select the Automotive Sales Concierge for Partners agent in Agent Builder.

To use the Automotive Sales Concierge for Partners subagent, partners can launch the Agentforce panel from an Experience Cloud site, and specify an utterance, such as Show me valve caps for this customer vehicle.
