# Unarchive Up to 1,000 Records at Once from Archive Search

Unarchive up to 1,000 records at once directly from Archive Search results instead of unarchiving records one at a time.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**Why:** Restore multiple records in a single operation instead of unarchiving them one at a time. This reduces manual effort and speeds up data recovery workflows.

**How:** In the Archive App, open the **Archive Search** tab. Enter your search criteria and select **Search**. Make sure that results show a single object and 1,000 records or fewer. Select the gear icon, then select **Unarchive Search Results**.
