# Recall a Sent Offer with Withdraw Offer

Partners can now withdraw a private offer after sending it to a customer, but before the customer accepts or rejects it. Use Withdraw Offer when your pricing has changed, terms need updating, or an offer went to the wrong customer. When a partner withdraws an offer, the status changes to Withdrawn in both the partner org and the customer org, and the customer can’t act on it.

**Where:** This change applies to partners using the Go-To-Market app.

**Why:** Withdraw Offer is available only when an offer is in Sent status. Partners can't withdraw a Draft offer or an offer that's already been accepted, rejected, voided, or expired. Offer withdrawal can't be reversed. To offer terms again, a partner must create a new offer.

**How:** From your org, open a sent offer and click **Withdraw Offer**. Confirm that you want to withdraw the offer. After you withdraw, the customer can’t accept or reject it. After the partner confirms, both the partner org and the customer org update to Withdrawn.
