Verify Your Email-Sending Domain for Trialforce Branded Email Sets

Starting July 18, 2026, you must have a verified email-sending domain in order to publish a new Trialforce branded email set. If you have existing branded email sets, verify your email-sending domains before November 10, 2026 to continue sending system welcome emails from your custom branded email addresses. This requirement ensures compliance with a Salesforce security enhancement for outbound email.

Note
Note If you’ve previously set up a DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) key or an authorized email domain for your email-sending domain, the associated branded email sets are automatically verified. You don’t need to take further action.

Where: This change applies to Trialforce branded email sets in your Trialforce management org (TMO). Trialforce branded email sets are available in Salesforce Classic in the Developer edition.

When: Starting July 18, 2026, you must use a verified email-sending domain to publish a new branded email set. Before November 10, 2026, you must verify the email-sending domains for your existing branded email sets.

Why: If you don’t verify email-sending domains by November 10, 2026, your existing branded email sets will send email from a substitute email address, similar to orgId@sf-customer-mail.com. Your email sets will use the substitute email address until the email-sending domain is verified.

How: In your TMO, verify each email-sending domain of your branded email sets. To verify an email-sending domain, you can either create a DKIM key or set up an authorized email domain.
