Agentforce Voice now supports additional global languages beyond English and French, allowing you to reach a broader audience. These languages are currently supported in Beta.

Where: Available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions, and Salesforce Voice add-ons.
When: The additional language support is available starting the week of May 11, 2026.
How: Navigate to the Agent Builder. In the explorer, under Agent Definitions, click Language Settings to add your preferred language or modify the default. Then, click Voice Settings, and select a verified voice for the language.
