# Agentforce Voice Expands with 5 New Generally Available Languages

Deploy Agentforce Voice in more languages, now generally available for production environments. Set your agent's language and pair the agent with a verified voice to serve customers on live calls.

These languages move from beta to generally available.

- Italian (Italy): `it`
- German (Germany): `de_DE`
- Spanish (Spain): `es_ES`
- Spanish (Mexico): `es_MX`
- Portuguese (Brazil): `pt_BR`
- French (Canada): `fr_CA`

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions, and [Salesforce Voice add-ons](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=service.voice_editions.htm&language=en_US&type=5).

**When:** This change is available starting August 24, 2026.

**How:** A voice agent operates only in its default language. Set the agent's default language, and pair the agent with a verified voice for that language.
