Gain comprehensive agent monitoring and insights with Agent Analytics and related tools—without credit consumption overhead. For agent observability features, data collection, metrics calculations, queries, reports, and dashboards no longer consume Data 360 credits.
What: Agentforce Session Tracing, Einstein Audit and Feedback, Agent Analytics, and related features no longer consume credits for these Data 360 billing categories: Batch Data Pipeline, Data Queries, and Streaming Calculated Insights. Data Storage consumption still applies if the storage used exceeds the amount allocated.
The Knowledge/RAG Quality Data and Metrics feature no longer consumes Data 360 credits. However, it still consumes Flex credits because an LLM scores retrieval quality.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions. Setup for AI agents is available on the desktop site.
When: This feature is available on a rolling basis starting the week of July 13, 2026.
How: This change occurs automatically when the update is deployed in your Salesforce org. Thereafter, Digital Wallet shows historical Data 360 credit consumption data but no new Data 360 credit consumption for these features.
