# Find the Right Grid Column Type with a Guided Browse Panel

When you click Add Column in Grid, a Browse Types panel opens with categories, descriptions, and a search bar to help you quickly select the best column type for your goal. The panel also surfaces context-aware suggestions based on your current worksheet.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 editions.

**When:** Available starting the week of August 17, 2026.
