# Select Gemini for Agentforce

Select Google Gemini for LLM requests in Agentforce. This option is an alternative to the existing Salesforce Default option, which uses OpenAI, and the AWS-Hosted option, which uses Anthropic. The Google Gemini option uses Gemini 3.5 Flash. Google Gemini is supported for agents built in the new Agentforce Builder only. Don't select Google Gemini if you have active agents created in the legacy Agentforce Builder.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 editions.

**When:** This feature is available starting the week of June 8, 2026.

**How:** To select the Google Gemini model option for Agentforce, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Audit, Analytics, and Monitoring and select **Einstein Audit, Analytics, and Monitoring Setup**. Choose Google Gemini in the Select the Model for Agentforce section. The model option selection applies to all Agentforce agents.

If you previously created any prompts or custom actions or topics for Agentforce, test them after switching your model option.

For consistency, update custom agent actions to use Gemini 3.5 Flash on Vertex AI (Google).
