Avoid editing each task field individually. Edit the task values from the tasks list view on action plans and action plan templates.
Note Some fields are disabled for inline edit. You cannot edit the fields that show the lock
icon.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud is enabled.
How: Click Edit Tasks in the Tasks preview panel, and then click the edit icon next to the fields.
