# Open Links from ACC Web SDK Embedded Experiences in a New Browser Tab

Supported links in the Agentforce Conversation Client (ACC) Web SDK—such as hyperlinks with absolute or relative URLs—now open in a new browser tab. This update improves navigation for those links when developers integrate Agentforce Employee Agent (AEA) conversational experiences into external web applications.

**Where:** This change applies to ACC Web SDK embedded experiences in external web applications.

**How:** No additional setup is required. When a user selects a hyperlink with an absolute URL or a relative URL in an ACC Web SDK embedded experience, the URL opens in a new browser tab.

**Note**: The ACC Web SDK is built on Lightning Out 2.0. Lightning Out 2.0 doesn't support page navigation for embedded LWC components. The `lightning/navigation` service isn't supported. For example, link to a record page with `/lightning/r/Account/001xx000003DGSWAA4/view` or to an external page with `https://www.example.com/help`.
