# Drive Operational Efficiency with Mobile Insights (Beta)

Mobile Insights provides visibility into technician engagement by tracking active usage against assigned licenses over time. Managers can use this data to identify low adoption rates in specific regions, or verify that the workforce has successfully migrated to the latest app version. Monitor app stability in the Telemetry tab by tracking crash-free session percentages and total session crashes across iOS and Android devices. This capability ensures your mobile strategy aligns with actual technician behavior, leading to more informed hardware and software investment decisions.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Field Service Intelligence Mobile Insights is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/?_ga=2.247987783.1372150065.1709219475-629000709.1639001992). Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**How**: In Field Service Settings, under Optimization, enable **Mobile Insights**.
