# Manage Volunteer Shifts with the Shift Capacity and Coverage Agent

Easily identify shifts that need sign-ups and find the right volunteers to fill them by using the Find Unfilled Shifts and Match Volunteers to Shifts custom actions with the Shift Capacity and Coverage Agentforce topic. The Find Unfilled Shifts action searches for shifts by open capacity, time range, and optionally by Volunteer Initiative or Job Position. The Match Volunteers to Shifts action matches volunteers to the shifts by time, location, and qualification requirements.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where Volunteer Management is enabled.

**Who:** To access Volunteer Management in Nonprofit Cloud, users need the Manage Volunteer Data permission set.

**How:** To use these actions and agentic topic, add the topic to the Agentforce Employee Agent template.
