# Avoid Unexpected Charges by Monitoring Daily Usage and Overages

View your current usage and updated overages on your summaries throughout the billing period. Find the provisional balance on the Wallets page under your usage summary, which updates daily to reflect your current consumption and remaining balance. Help users make informed decisions about purchasing additional packs or commitments. Manage costs more efficiently by avoiding unexpected overage charges before invoice generation.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Billing license.

**How:** For Salesforce orgs set up before Winter '26, ensure that you deactivate the older cloned versions of the Generate Usage Ratable Summary and Generate Liable Summary flows, and clone and activate the new versions.

Note Before cloning the Generate Liable Summary flow, verify that the Create Liable Summary\_v3 Data Processing Engine job exists and is active. If it doesn't exist or is inactive, turn off the Usage Management setting and turn it on again.
