# Jumpstart Semantic Model Creation with Marketplace Templates

Tableau Next Marketplace semantic model templates provide a faster way to create models for insights. These pre-configured templates include mapped data, data model objects, relationships, metrics, and calculated fields. Select from templates focused on your sales, service, or Customer 360 data to quickly generate insights.

**Where:** This change applies to Tableau Next in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.

**How:**

1. From your Tableau Next workspace, click **Add** and select **Semantic Model**.

2. Under Create New, select **From Marketplace**.

3. Select the semantic model template that you want to use and walk through the flow to create your model.

To support the templated semantic models and metrics, most semantic model templates require the prior installation of the associated data kit and data bundles. These installations are prerequisites for providing the necessary data objects.
