Enable your users to create and manage multiple, independent ramp schedule groups on a single quote or order to handle complex deal structures. Users can also amend non-ramped and ramped assets—including ramped assets with different asset state period dates—in a single transaction. Sales reps can perform complex actions, such as “rip and replace,” to remove assets and add new ones in a single transaction.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Cloud Growth or the Revenue Cloud Advanced license.
How: Set up Ramp Deals for Groups. In Setup, find and select Revenue Settings. Then, turn on Multiple Ramp Schedule Groups Per Transaction.
