# Manage Preview Document Storage in Omniscripts

Document reviews often involve regenerating the preview several times, resulting in multiple stored files and increased storage consumption. You can now easily discard intermediate previews by clicking the delete icon in Omniscripts to keep only the final version, reducing costs and achieving storage organization.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Managament, formerly Revenue Cloud, with the Revenue Events Starter Pack license, and the Revenue Cloud Advanced or Revenue Cloud Billing license.

**How:** Use the delete icon to remove intermediate previews.
