# Manage Queues with Setup with Agentforce (Beta)

You can now create and manage queues through a conversation with the Setup agent, rather than navigating to multiple Setup pages. When making updates, you can modify queue details such as its name, support emails, supported objects, and routing configurations. For easier management, you can also ask the Setup agent for a list of all queues and public groups.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 editions.

Note Setup with Agentforce is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement, if executed by Customer, and the Non-GA Credit Consumption term in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/). Enabling this pilot or beta service consumes Data 360 credits and is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**When:** This feature is available starting in early March 2026.
