# Stay Secure with Proactive Health Check Notifications

Configure who receives weekly notifications if your Health Check score decreases. These alerts keep admins informed without the need for manual monitoring.

Note Effective April 15, 2026, notifications will be enabled by default for System Admins of Production orgs. To opt out, manually disable notifications via the Security Health Check settings in Setup.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions. GovCloud isn’t currently supported.

**Why:** This change alerts users to recent changes in their security posture.

**How:** From Setup, enter Health Check in the Quick Find box, then select Health Check. Turn on the Notify all System Admins toggle to send notifications to anyone with a System Administrator profile. Alternatively, use the Recipients lookup field to add individual users or external email addresses.
