# APIEvent Record IDs

The APIEvent Record field has been updated for all operations. This field captures record IDs with the total record count.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**Who:** This change is available to users with the Event Monitoring or Salesforce Shield license.

**Why:** Originally only for Bulk API, this new format is now the standard.
